Large Kitchen

The large kitchen, with windows on three sides giving sunshine all day, is furnished with fitted oak cupboards and a substantial antque farmhouse table and chairs. The kitchen is generously equiped with electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Cosy Lounge

This cosy sitting room with a living flame coal effect gas fire, has comfortable sofas and chairs and a good quality sofa bed. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD, video, CD radio, books and games. Off the adjacent entrance hall there is a downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.

Bedroom 1

A spacious, light and airy double bedroom boasts a Victorian brass bed and can accommodate a cot if required.

Bedroom 2

A charming twin bedded room with beamed ceiling.

Bathroom

With the natural simplicity of clean tiles and hand made oak fitted cupboards the bathroom comprises a bath with shower, hand basin and toilet.

Private Garden

Guests can enjoy a private lawned garden to the front of the cottage, which has beautiful views and a children’s swing. Sheltered under an oak framed canopy there is a seating area with a wooden table and benches, providing a splendid place to relax and watch the evening sun setting over Brecon town. We are happy to accommodate dogs, but ask owners to consider farm animals in the fields around the property. There is ample level parking adjacent to the cottage making loading and unloading very easy. For cyclists we can provide a bike washing area and secure undercover storage. For riders wishing to bring their own horses we can also provide grazing and stabling.
